Artist Content

By uploading or distributing content through DAD Distro, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute your content for the purpose of fulfilling our Services, such as digital distribution to DSPs (Digital Service Providers). You retain ownership of your content.

Royalties and payouts are governed by the separate Artist Agreement. You are responsible for taxes associated with your use of our Services. We reserve the right to withhold payments where fraud or legal violations are suspected.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the business.

U.S. Residents: All disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of Georgia, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

DAD Distro provides the Services "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of our Services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DAD Distro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Services.
